The Consultancy fees for rendering Architectural & Engineering design consultancy services for‘Undertaking Development of Master Plan, Area Drainage Studies, Obtaining Approvals From the local Bodies & Preparation of Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, Plumbing, Area Development Designs, etc for all phase 1 township buildings at BARC Residential Colony, Ravipalem, Achuthapuram, Near Visakhapatnam ‘ as per the detailed scope of work and terms and conditions of tender document (indicated inScope of the work) inclusive of all taxesbut except GSTNotes:a) The fee shall be quoted in Percentage only.c) The fee quoted shall be inclusive of all costs to be incurred by the Bidder, including cost of all visits from time to time to BARC(V) office and site as required by BARC(V)or needed for assignment purposes.d) No escalation charges are paid for on the consultancy fees.e) GST will be reimbursed as applicable in accordance to the tax rate at the time of payment with documentary evidence duly certified by Chartered Accountant.
