Pole with one cost of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium Paid including cost of Ist class enamel paint. 9 Earthing of supports by sagging of M.S. earthing rod 20 mm and connecting with earth wire and related works as per standard specifications. 10 Loading Carriage and unloading of ACSR Dog Conductor from store to work site or vice-versa. 11 Laying, stringing, tensioning and final sagging of G.I. wire including of cross lacing. 12 Loading Carriage and unloading of Earth Wire/G.I. wire from store to work site of vice versa 13 Laying, stringing, tensioning and binding of ACSR Dog conductor for making jumpers on riser. 14 Taking out of 33/11 KV XLPE 3x300 Sq.mm cable from drum/complete drum of cable at site to work or store using JCB including carriage. 15 Digging of Pit Size 2x2x1 mtr. Deep for laying of cable cable through HDD Method. 16 Laying of Cable by HDD method as per site requirment. 17 Mounting of cable box on double pole With Pipe 18 Mounting of 33 kV Pin Insulator 19 Mounting of Disc Insulator 20 Erection ofDisc Fitting with disc string 21 Fixing of V-Type cross arm on erected/existing double/try/four pole. 22 Fixing of stay rod and its erection and grouting by fitting of stay clamp. Stay wire and its proper binding and tightening etc. 23 Loading, Carriage and unloading of Earth wire/G.I. wire from store to work site or vice-versa. 24 Laying G.I. Wire with cross lacing for guarding of Line. 25 Fabrication/modification of MS Item as per requirement of site 26 Fixing of MS Channel (100x50x6 )mm 2.4 / 2.8 mtr. Long/M.S. Angleand as per Required size 27 Fixing of guarding angle/guarding channel for laying of guarding 28 Fixing of cross bracing on double pole structure and related work. 29 Fixing of danger board on erected poles 30 Making 33 KV straight through joint including digging of pit upto 1,1 metre depth 31 Chopping of tree branches by hydra with Machinefor lying in the route of existing line touching the tree branches to the phase line conductor making fault to the feeder, for 3” to 18” dia or as per requirement of site 32 Dismentalling of jumpering from cable box to line, cable support switchgear panels. 33 Making jumpers from cable box to line, cable support switchgear panels, section poles of each phase. 34 Connecting of newly erected network with KESCo mains including testing, commissioning and energization of the same completely. 35 Carriage of all concerning stock materialfrom KESCo Store to site or vice-versa. 36 Dismentalling of Material 37 L/c for dismentalling of damaged S.T. Pole with the help of crane after removing all the accessories from damged pole and its all related work. Including digging of pit or by cutting with gas cutter. 38 L/c for dismentalling of binding wire from indulators and loosening of the ACSR mixed conductor on each pole then lowering down the ACSR mixed conductor & rolling into bundles. 39 L/c for Dismentalling of M.S. Channel/X-arm/Guarding angle.
