Replacement of single phase meters against IDF/Mechanical/China meter including digital photograph of meters showing display of meters clearly covering its reading. Replaced meter will be installed outside the premises & sealing certificate must be handed over the consumers on spot. Old meter safely will be sealed within a markeen bag in front of the consumers & will be handed over to the J.E. (Meter).
