Tender For Civil Works Of Construction Increasing Capacity From (2X63) Mva To (3X63) Mva At 132 Kv Sub Station, Teelamore, Ghaziabad. - 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) All kinds of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 Supplying and filling in plinth withsand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. 8 Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 9 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). 11 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 12 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). 13 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 14 Demolishing cement concrete (Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 15 Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars. 17 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 18 Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof workgates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment but when steel is to be provided by the department. 19 Supply of 28 mm. dia M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS 266)900 mm. long with base plate (75x75x6mm) welded with anchor boltsincluding its threading upto a length of 10cm. and also supplyof a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5 mm thick washer and cost of labour, material & T&P for proper completion of work 20 Fixing and grouting28 mm and above dia bolts in properalignment level and setout with help of a template completeincluding supply of all labour & T&P etc. required for propercompletion of the work.(labour rates only) . 21 Supply of 25 mm. dia M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS 266)500 mm. long with base plate (50x50x6mm) welded with anchor boltsincluding its threading upto a length of 10cm. and also supplyof a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5 mm thick washer and cost of labour, material & T&P for proper completion of work 22 Fixing and grouting 25 mmand below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work.
