Wire 13 Work 14 Erection of STP 13.0 mtr Long single pole with all accessories like clamp,nut,bolt etc.(clamp,nut bolt and other necessary items provided by the contractor expect STP pole ) Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of paint PO red Paint at top of pole 2 mtr & balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint. 15 Erection of STP 9.0 mtr Long double pole with all accessories like clamp,nut,bolt etc.(clamp,nut bolt and other necessary items provided by the contractor expect STP pole ) Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of paint PO red Paint at top of pole 2 mtr & balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint. 16 Stringing & sagging of 11KV XLPE Cable 3×70 sq.mm. 17 Stringing & sagging of 11KV XLPE Cable 3×120 sq.mm. 18 Stringing & sagging of ABC Cable (3×120+1×95+1×25) Expect ABC Cable all required material supply by the contractor. 19 Fixing ofEarthing complete all material supply by the contractor. 20 11 KV Grauting fixing of stay rod Expect Stay rod all material supply by the contractor. 21 Gaurding of 11 KV Line Expect G.I. Wire all material supply by the contractor. 22 Stringing & Sagging of 3Ø 11 KV line ACSR Weasal Conductor 23 Installation of O/D cable box (3×70) all material supply by the contractor. 24 Installation of O/D cable box (3×120) all material supply by the contractor. 25 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2×2×1.5 m on a padding 0.25M deep in ground 1:5:10 cement sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work Ist class brick of 0.95 mtr height & 0.35 mtr wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thick. Brick work in ratio 1:4 cement & cores Sand in the hollow portion the sand should be filled from the ground level up to 15 centimetres below from the top of wall, Cement, sand & brick Ballasts should be filled up to 15 centimetre. Two no. of channel 100×50 in length 1500mm will be grouded.0.35 CM.RCC will be done with cores sand, cement and stone ballast in the ratio of 1:2:4.The T/Fs plinth should be plastered on all sides 12mm thick in ratio 1:6 by cement and cores sand.(All the material to be arranged by the contractor). 26 Construction of retaining wall, fabracation & eretion of wire mesh fencing of size 3+3 & 2.0 M height around Transformer and distribution pillar box with retaining wall & 1 no. gate with locking arragement made of MS angle iron of size 50×50×6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. The panel must be supported with MS Flat of size 50×6mm wire mesh of size 10 SWG rectangle type as per norms of RESPO. (All the material will be arranged by by the contractor at his OWN cost). 27 Boring type earthing with 20 meterdeep or up to water level providing GI pipe 1.5 dia (B Class) and earthing must be joint in T/F body, netural & Fuse unit by GI Stripe of size 32×5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap (All the material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.) 28 Supply & Fixing of 11 KV Fuse Set all material supply by the contractor 29 Fixing of Distribution Box 3Ø Expect Distribution Box all material supply by the contractor. 30 Disconnection of ConsumersElectricalconnection 31 Reconnection of ConsumersElectricalconnection 32 Cutting of tree branches 33 Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/Fs from dump place to newly constructed T/Fsplinth & installation commissioning of 250 KVA T/Fs plinth and including jumpering with the system (All the required material for above job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs 34 Dismentling of old (Existing) line with pole and other material withtransformer. 35 250 KVA T/F. 36 Screape material (conductor). 37 ST Pole.
