Supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty ) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5km also includingramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches. Plinth . Sides of foundation etc. complete 2 Earth workinexcavation in tranches for foundation pipes cable etc ordinary soil ( loan clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m. lead upto 50 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavation earth as directed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 50 m. (As per S.l no.01,sch 251 of SOR) 3 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4fine sand: 8 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing comlete, including cost of formwork in foundation. (As per S.I no.3,sch 275 of SOR) 4 First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 finesand modulous mortarin foundationand plinth includingsupply of allmaterials, labour , tools andplantsetc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per S.l no.1, 303 sch of SOR) 5 Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and complacting with smooth wheel roller to achieved the desired density. complete as per clause 401. 6 Supply & laying of I shaped precast interlocking tiles of thickness 80 mm coloured including 25mm thick local sand base lavelling and dressing of surface to required lavel and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. 7 cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone of size 12.5mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement (25mm thick floor) 8 Seasonal plants Complete maintenance of shrubs with water for 12 months including weeding, hoeing, watering, pruning application of good earth. Manure, Insecticides fungicides & fertilizers, security of plants, disposal of garden rubbish from the premises to the approved municipal dumping ground replacing causality of plants (occurred due to any reason) by healthy plants. (as per S.l no 1 seh,502 SOR) 25 Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied.(As per S.I no.35 chapter no.15 of SOR) 26 Painting and varnishing new work in small areas of iron or wood work with one coat (upto one sq. mtr.) of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, paint to be used should confirm the I.S.I no. 103 1950. 27 TECHNO TOWER 16 METERS HIGH MAST LIGHTING TOWER FOR LARGE AREA WITH LED FLOOD LIGHTING SYSTEM WITH 8 LEDFLOOD LIGHT LUMINAIRES 28 External w/s arrengement with boring of 110 mm dia pvc pipe ass.
