अ ) विविध योजने अंतर्गत नगरपरिषद च्या हदीतील विकास कामाचे व पाणीपुरवठा विभागाचे विविध कामाचे तसेच नगर परिषद विविध विभागातील कामाचे अंदाजपत्रके तयार करणे, तांत्रीक मान्यता घेणे. रेखानकाशे मंजूर करून घेणे, प्रशासकीय मान्यता घेणे व सर्व बांधकामाचे डिझाईन देणे , नगर परिषदेस वेळोवेळी तांत्रीक मार्गदर्शन करणे. ब ) कार्यादेश मिळाल्यानंतर कामावर देखरेख करणे , अंदाजपत्रकानुसार योग्य दर्जाचे काम करून घेणे, कामाच्या दर्जाची तपासणी करणे , कामाची वेळोवेळी मोजमाप पुस्तीकेवर नोंदी घेऊन नगर परिषदेस सादर करणे. ( Rate Should be Cosider in Percentage % )
