Part-A (Bituminous Work)Earth work in cutting of in embakment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5m lift and 30m lead, the earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer. Water Bound Macadam Sub-base (A) W.B.M. Grade-3 Providing laying, spreading and compactong stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, crushable screening to full up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. (2)

Provinding and applying primer coat with Emulsion ss-1 onprepared surface or granular Base including clearing of road surface and spreding primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechincal means before Applying prime coat the surface will be cleaned with air compressor and water will also be sprinklod with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The prime coat with be applied 24 hrs before the application of bituminous ,ourse including all Taxes, Material, Labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per MORD Specification No. 502

Providing applying tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using exulison pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg. per sqm on the prepared guanalar surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

Brick solingwith M-150 bricks laid onedge & dry brick edgingon both side including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour& T&P etc. required for proper completion of work or slop as per direction of E/I

Providing & fixing Typical informatory sign board asper MORD specification and drawing. Three M.S. plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duty welded with M.S. flat iron 25mm x 5 mmsize on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade black of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enametat on both sides. Lettering and Printing arrows, border etc.will be painted with ready mixed sign thick enamd paints of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer andtwo coats of epoxy paints as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.
