Tender For Gram Hasnapur To Gram Daulatiyapur Road (3) - Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing Well graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as perTechnical Specification Clause 401. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates WBM Grading 2 of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MORD Specification Clause 405. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per MORD Specification Clause 502, including emulsion GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 6 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Specification Clause 503, including bitumen. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per MORD Specification Clause 508, including bitumen. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C,as per MORD Specification Clause 510, including bitumen. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 9 Brick edging on both side of the road of brick class M-150, 8cm wide and 12cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by engineer incharge of the work including material labour & T&P etc for proper completion of work as per S.I. No. 765.GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 10 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Patri only). GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 11 Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. as per Technical Specification Clause 9.1. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 12 Plain Cement Concrete M10 (1:3:6 nominal mix) in levelling course below open foundation of Head walls as per drawings & Technical Specification Clause 1109, including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 13 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granularmaterial in single row includingfixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 for 600 mm dia NP3. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 14 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granularmaterial in single row includingfixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 for 300 mm dia NP3. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 15 Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1109, including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 16 Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204, including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 17 Plaster with cement mortar (1:4) on brickwork as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.3 and 1204, including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment. 18 Plain/reinforced cement concrete M-20 in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
