Tender For Checking Of Hazardous Vehicles Wrt Finished Products And Raw Materials; 1. Comprehensive inspection of the vehicle and its roadworthiness for the transport of finished products, byproducts, raw materials and fuel 2. Ensure accurate weighment of both tankers loaded with finished products, byproducts, raw materials and fuel, as well as trucks with empty of filled drums and carboys. 3. Shall ensure proper bolting, check valve conditions, leakages, spark arrestor, tyre fitness etc. of the transport vehicle 4. Shall ensure the compartments of the vehicle are material/impurity free before dispatching for loading of the finished products 5. Shall ensure sealing of the valves, compartment lids of the finished product vehicles after inspecting for leaks 6. Shall intimate and coordinate with Marketing/FPS department to ensure rejecting vehicle that does not meet the standards for loading/unloading of finished products/raw materials/fuel. 7. Shall ensure proper weighment of the vehicle by eliminating extraneous items from drivers cabin, tool box etc. that might influence weighment. 8. Shall guide and instruct the drivers of the loading/unloading vehicle regarding movement of vehicle when in weighbridge, locations to report at for loading/unloading the material etc 9. Shall ensure the proper parking of finished product/raw material vehicles near weighbridge and shall ensure not to cause obstruction in roads for other vehicles 10. Shall ensure proper PPEs are in place for the drivers 11. Shall ensure stickers are in place on the finished product vehicle corresponding to the hazardous material loaded 12. Shall be available outside the normal working days/hours to ensure smooth operations of sales of finished products/raw materials if required 13. Shall be available on-call in case of offsite emergencies/accidents of finished product vehicle/raw materials and shall coordinate with the Emergency Task Force in effectively managing the site to minimize the hazards 14. Shall ensure the emergency kit along with the pump set used for emergencies are in proper working conditions and shall assist in the regular emergency kit inspections
