Dismanteling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 liters suction capacity and 6000 liters water jetting tank capacity icluding skilled opertor, supervisiong engineer etc for cleaning and partial desitling of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia up to 300 mm.

Cleaning of under ground sump over head RCC tank (independent staging) including disposal of silt and rubbish all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations (i) tank shall be emptied of water y pumping & bottom shall be cleaning of silt and other deposits

Providing and fixing 20mm nominal dia pipes chlorinated Poyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold wter supply, incluidng all CPVC plain & brass threaded fitting i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacitn. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cemetn and the costof cutting chases and making good the same incluidng testing of joints complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturere) of approved make, in all colours shades except burgundy bottle green black of any size as approved by Enginner-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 ement :3coarse sand ) and jointng with grey cemetn slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cemetn mixed withprigment of mathcing shade compelte.

Providing and fixing tiles 600x600 mm vitrified floor tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturere) of approved make, in all colours shades except burgundy bottle green black of any size as approved by Enginner-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 ement :4coarse sand ) and jointng with grey cemetn slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cemetn mixed withprigment of mathcing shade compelte.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping sand papering and preparining the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Distempering with 1st quality distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams / liters of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : old work (one or more coats).
