| 1 | Labour only for attending complaints of unserviceable ceiling fans, exhaust fans and its allied electrical repairs at domestic area of AF station Jodhpur (Outer and Inner domestic area) carrying out necessary repairs at site by replacing unserviceable spares or taking down carefully unserviceable ceiling fan/Exhaust fan by disconnecting electrical connections, unsecrewing from position, dismantling blades and removing fan and blade to workshop for carry out necessary repairs or deposit unrepairable fans/ex-fans to E/M Store yard for safe coustody all as directed and specified. All connecting wiring shall be PVC insulated single core stranded copper condutor of size 0.5 sqmm with proper color coding drawn through heat insulation sleeves of suitable size.Note : Necessary spare parts required to repair at site shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items.Necessary deposit receipt shall be provided to users for taken down fan/exhuast fan as per prescribed printed format to be arranged by contractor. Contractor shall arrange necessary transportaion to bring the taken down ceiling/exhaust fans for repair/replacement. |
| 2 | M&L for re-winding of burnt ceiling fans by opening covers of ceiling fan, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, warnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bearings No 6201/6202 for 1200/1400mm sweep, greasing, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan, replace of fan capacitor 2.5 mfd and making connection with fan capacitor and connector block, transporting back after repair, assembling the blades and hanging the fan in its own position to existing fan clamp and down rod with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning after complete repair all as ditrected at site.Note :1.Quoted rates shall deems to be inclusive cost of warnish, insulation papers, sleeves,bearing /bush,capcitor, cotton tape for binding coils including minor spare like nuts, washer, screws, tension spring required for assembiling and fixing fans in position. 2. Fan re-winding & replaced bearings will be inspected by Engr-in-Charge before assembling the fan motors. |

| 83 | Note for Item No 1.0 to 75.00 :-(a)The contractor will deploy sufficient resources for completion of day to day comaplaint/ complaint of fan & Geysers within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting.Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract.(b)A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him.(c)The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify JE/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint.In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.(d)The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints.(e)The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered at AF Station Jodhpur.(f) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed periodically by Engr-in-charge or JE detailed by him to streamline complaints disposal system. |
