Tender For Repair Maintenance Of Drain Foot Path And Hard Standing In Sw Zone At Rms; 1 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for brick work with sub class `B bricks (using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for brick work with sub class `B bricks(using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 6 All as per item No 05 (here-in-before) but except brick. 7 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on fair faces/other than fairof brick work, finished even andsmooth without using extra cement using 2% WPC by weight of cement content complete all as specified and as directed.Note: WPC Measured and paid separately 8 Supply only integral water proofing compound ( ISI marked ) complete all as specified and as directed. 9 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces/other than fairof brick work, finished even andsmooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:2:4) (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for Extra for forming fair finished surfaces of drain or channels, inner girth 30 cms, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for 150mm thick broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exc 63mm but n exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for PCC 100mm thick, (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.. 14 M&Lformachine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of rubber moulded 60mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L for PCC 100mm thick, (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 100mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade B complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size not less than 300x300x25mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for precast factory made manhole cover/ drain covers with plain faces using RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 and (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)set in CM 1:4 including formwork etc of required sizes complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L for TMT steel bars 6mm dia upto 10mm dia, as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.9mm complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L for precast kerb stone with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)complete all as specified and as directed.
