As per DSR 13.88 2 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 3 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 4 Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes. 5 M.S. or Iron work of small sizes and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast tie rods, gratings etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc and fixing required for proper completion of the work. 6 Providing and fixing flexible P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including PVC waste fittings complete. 7 Providing & fixing 600x450mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture 16 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 17 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water tinnable priming coat with cement primer 18 Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: - New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 Ltr./10 Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm. 19 Providing and laying integral cement based waterproofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations : a) Applying a a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sq.m of cement admixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement:5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by engineer in charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) Aftertwo days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 and approved by Engineer in charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer incharge. d) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with waterproofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300 x 300 mm sqm. 3mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65mm 20 Providing and laying of 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600 mm x600 mm size in flooring or skirt ing laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement :3 coarse sand) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/c supply of all materials, labour T &P required for proper completion of work. 21 Supply and fixing 6 mm China white glazedtiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and tool sand plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Size of tiles upto 300x300mm). 22 Earth work in Excavation of Earth in foundatin etc complete As per 23 providing and laying of Plain cement concrite 1:2:4 As per 24 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 4 part of approved coarsesand. Minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
