Pump Automation Job comprises of Remote Operation of One No. Boosting Pumpset at the Piloted Pump House by providing, installing Fully Wired Control Panel with an established connection between PLC system ( SIEMENS or reputed make ) with HMI Interface for monitoring & its associated accessories of hardware & switchgear such as L/R selector switch etc. including providing all types of cables, conduits and making modifications in the existing LT Electric Cubical Board at Pump House with the required electrical hardware changes for compatibility with the PLC system. The remote wireless data communication system between PLC system at Pump House and NDMC Command Control Centre may be established by supplying and installation of GPRS/GSM modem with sim card.The instrumentations for Level and Pressure Transmitter, Flowmeter and Motorised Valve for motorization of respective valve along with all required miscellaneous accessories, cables etc. may also be supplied & installed for successful commissioning of automation. The development of automation system with One Time Integration for monitoring and controlling of PLC and instrumentations at the Pump House shall be done through SCADA system ( updated version ) at NDMC Command Control Centre and shall be as per complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The SCADA software should be capable of automatic updations. The electricity required for remote operation of booster pumpset shall be provided by NDMC free of cost.
