Supply and fixing of tube well cover of M.S. sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for casing size: 150 mm dia

Supply and fixing of M.S. clamp set of 50 ×6mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

Development of tube well as per IS specification using suitable compressor to give sand free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well.

supply and installation of 32mm G.I. pipe medium class IS 1239 marked in 3m length including all accessries and fitting required for installation of hand pump

Supplying and Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable as per PWD specification for electrical Works confirming to IS:694 and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade .Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free (for less chance of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity ,insulation PVC type A or C ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4 including making connection etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, makingconnections. The Jiobv inducess screwing and welding , of Flanges on G.I. riser pipes installation of complete fitting and accessries with riser pipes jointing of electrical connections all labour for testing submersible pump set and supply of water to water mains complete in all respect (1.50H.P) 22 stages
