1 Overhauling and repairing of all four motors as per scope of work, complete in all respect.2 Overhauling of all gearbox as per scope of work.3 Overhauling of all the electro-hydraulic-thrustor-brake system as per scope of work.4 Repairing of the greasing system as per scope of work.5 Overhauling of the LT & CT wheels (08 Nos.) as per scope of work.6 Overhauling & cleaning of bus bar & complete rail track as per scope of work.7 Overhauling of the hook, pulley & rope drum as per scope of work.8 Overhauling of CT movement system along with replacement of 06 nos. cable trolley and 18 nos. rail chain as per scope of work.9 Painting of the 16 Ton EOT crane as per scope of work.10 Supply & fixing 18 core cable for pendent (Length 40m) of after removing old cable. Make: Finolex/Havells/ Polycab/standard make.11 Supply & fixing of 10Amp limit switches (02 Nos. two-way lever, 01 No. rotary geared) as per scope of work.12 Supply & fixing of non-disconnecting type TB 25Amp 40 Nos. in place of old TB. Tightening of all connections of panel box as per scope of work. 13 Supply & fixing of 01 No. MCCB 50A, 4P, 36KA TMA release, rotary handle operating mechanism in place of old system as per scope of work.Make: ABB/Schneider/Siemens/Havells/ standard make.14 Testing & Commissioning of final assembled 16 Ton EOT crane as per scope of work.
