Bids Are Invited For Supply of Load Break Switches (Local Isolators) confirming to following technical specifications. 1. 415V, Utilization category AC-23A, 25A Local Isolator Cabinet in sheet steel Enclosure complete with 25A, 3 Pole load break switch equivalent to C&S make E-CSSD25D3 2. Shall be provided with dis-connector switch unit only. No tripping elements like MCBs, Fuses are allowed in the place of dis-connector unit. 3. Micro switch contacts shall be wired to 4sqmm TB for external termination. Provision of Padlock system having sufficient space to lock the LIC at OFF position by minimum two agencies at a time. Complete with both power & control circuit wiring with all insulators, bus bars and control terminal blocks. 4. Detachable bottom gland plate for entry of cables from bottom. 5. Front door shall be hinged and inter-locked with the isolator in ON position. The front door should have a minimum 3 mm thickness Perspex/Triplex window for observation of position of contacts. 6. Isolator should confirm to IEC 60364 standard. 7. The dimensional drawing of the local isolator cabinet or product catalogue showing mounting arrangement of the components should be enclosed along with the offer. 8. Isolator cabinet should be provided with rain canopy. 9. Any isolator parts should not be made of aluminium/aluminium alloy. 10. Isolator cabinet shall be metal enclosed suitable for wall fixing using 4 welded fixations, dust and vermin proof and shall be provided with degree of protection as IP-55. 11. All hardware used in Isolator cabinet shall be corrosion resistant. 12. There shall be sufficient clearance between the live parts and detachable bottom cable gland plate. 13. Cabinet should be painted with alkaline resistant Epoxy paint. 14. Isolator cabinet shall have provision for earthing at two separate and distinct points. 15. proper labelling of ON/OFF positions and DOR of rotation to make ON/OFF to be marked on the Door of the isolator 16. Each isolator cabinet should be supplied with panel keys. - Vendor has to fill-up and comply to the specifications as per Annuxure-3 format and submit for Technical Scrutiny of Offer Total Quantity : 100
