Tender For Term Contract For Repair/Maint Of Cob Nambol Of 33 Ar; 1 Schedule A Part-I (Term contract for repair/maint) 2 To perform under term contract such works on the terms and conditions and Delhi Schedule ofRates 2021 together with errata/ amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documentsm as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of 12 Months from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid Delhi Schedule ofRates 2021 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the Contract Agreemant.NOTES:-(i) The bidder have to select the option Excess (+) OR Less (-) available at the cell of the BOQ to quote the percentage above or below on Delhi Schedule ofRates 2021 respectively.(ii) The Bidder have to insert the amount at the cell of the BOQ to quote the precentage above or below Delhi Schedule ofRates 2021. Percentage quote by the bidder is inclusive Market variation (MV)/Cost Index and all taxes as applicable (i.e, GST, EPF, ESIC, LWC & etc.).(iii) Amount inserted by the department under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidanced and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out based on precentage rate quoted by the Bidder shall also be treated as rough and for refercence only. The acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on Delhi Schedule ofRates 2021. The various workes/Services shall be placed for amount worked out/ price on the rates contained in Delhi Schedule ofRates 2021 duly adjusted by precentage rate quoted by the bidder.(iv) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount to total works/ services required to be done under this contract can very to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out/ mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute shuch works/ services at the rates contained in Delhi Schedule ofRates 2021 duly adiusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done/ work done.
