Door to door collection of garbage & Cleaning/Sweeping of whole ward No. 5 & 7 ( Badoh & Banayak) of Sunder Nagar town i.e. road, street, drain, Nallah, etc, complete ward up to Municipal boundary The Door to door collection of garbage from commercial area, residential area, other area & Govt. Institution shall be collected by contractor through their own labor & user charges from all the areas in ward shell be collected by contractor . The Commercial area is both side of main vehicle approachable road i.e. Shops, banks, Offices & other commercial & Govt. Institution The collection of garbage should be in accordance with M.S.W. rule 2016 and the order of Honorable National Green Tribunal in Municipal area & adjoining area on a daily basis during pre-informed timing using bell /whistle /horns to announce the arrival of the sanitation workers. On Sunday & public holidays as per the management plan & in a manner as set out by the Municipality during the period of the Agreement. The wet waste (Organic waste) & dry waste (Inorganic waste including recyclable waste) is to be collected on a daily basis ie from Monday to Sunday, as per the management plan. No mixed waste shell collect. Only segregated MSW shall be collect by the contract & disposed it in separate manner as per the direction of in-charge. Disposal of dead animals, cutting of bushes, removal of tree/branches and removal of posters in the ward. Attending of all toilets in the ward for cleaning, providing Phenyl for cleaning, washing of urinal pots with acid / phenyl or as per direction from time to time.& Daily emptying and cleaning of of all litter bins of the ward. The contractor should have healthy 16 No’s garbage collectors and Two Nos Mate/Jammadar / M.S.W. Collector/ Street Sweeper duly certified by M.O. regarding their health & Efficiency to execute the work. It should be ensured that at least 50% of the workers should be males. All workers should be between 18-65 years of age. The MSW so collected by labor during Cleaning / Sweeping & door to door garbage collection shall be transport in covered vehicles & disposed at Municipal Dumping station without mixing by the contractor. The vehicles for the transportation shell be provide by the contractor itself.Each ward should have individual vehicles . The vehicles should have GPS System & sound system. If the municipal council satisfied with the work the tender shell be continuous with the renewal option on 10% increase in awarded ratesevery year i.e.2024-onward. Door to Door collection money user charges will be conducted by the contractor and deposited in theoffice between 1st to 7th of every month ie Rs 1,17,600.00 per month as per estimate.
