| 20 | Note - for item No 1& 19 : (i) Any required electrical/ mechanical parts of above mentioned lifs or any other parts also are to be repair/replaced as & when it became unserviceable as per term & condition of omega/ Thyssen Kruppunder the AMC \"A\" type contract,any cost of material & labour charge will not be paid extra .(ii) Any other material become un serviceable which is not in the scope of AMC \"A\" type contract is also to be repaired/replaced timely to run the lift smoothly without any extra payments .(iii) The terms & conditions of this AMC as applicable as given in Annexure I & II by OMEGA and Thyssen Krupp (iv) The comprehensive maintenance inclusive of inspection/testing/preventive maintenance replacement of unserviceableparts/material including labour, transportation. (v)The complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaints/failure from the time of receipt of same (vi) Contractor shall rectify the defects within 24 hrs after receipt of complaints , otherwise the complaints will be rectified by the other agency and the expenditure incurred will be recovered at Rs 2000/per day till proper functioning of lift.(vii) The schedule A consists of comprehensive maintenance lifts(viii) The load testing of lifts ie 8 passenger and 13 passenger shall be carried out as per standard norms of OMEGA/Thysen and hand over certificate to the department. |
