Processing of sludge from sludge lagoon by mechanical means to recover oil and separate out sediments & water meeting contract specification.The scope shall include but not limited to supply & installation of power cable, installation of external pumps & piping for receipt of cutter stock & pumping of recoverd oil, testing of recovered oil for BS&W for every batch processing & pumping into in-service storage tank, testing & shifting of residual sediments to bioremediation site/designated area & pumping of recovered water to the oil water separator unit or to the location as advised by EIC

Cleaning of sludge lagoons by scrapping and chemical treatment, Surface preparation by water/sand blasting and Painting of lagoon walls and bottom with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand as per the direction of EIC
