Tender For Construction work of Korwa to Ghanghari road in Pune - Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers of patries including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.50 M lift and 30 M lead also including machinacally compaction to achieve 95% proctors density including arrangement of water, settlement and all T&P charges including roller and its fues. The earth from cuttiing to be used in making embankment are to be carted earth lead30 m. distance in Abadi Portion as directed by engineer-in charge. For patries work. Si No 253 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. as per direction of Engg-in-Charge (G-2) 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. as per direction of Engg-in-Charge (G-3) 4 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supplyof bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 6 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. as per direction of Engg-in-Charge 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. as per direction of Engg-in-Charge 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510as per direction of Engg-in-charge 9 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 10 Construction ofun-reinforced, without dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days. using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawingand Technical Specification Clause 1501 11 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches (SI No. 251 (a) 12 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2;4 inlintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work includingcost of binding wire. (3/8) depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 16 Supply & fixing of NP-3 class 450 mm dia RCC hume pipe (ISI mark) of following diameters including carriage, loading, unloading at site also including cost of hume pipes & collars & all taxes including laying in proper position & joint filling including cost of necessary jute & cement for proper complete in all respects but excluding GST.
