Tender For Improvement Work Of Junction Of Etawah Bhadmai Masnai Road - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space bwtween the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge of 30 m from the foundation trenches.(Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 4 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90to 1.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen V.G.-10 usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 7 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using VG-10 bitumen cut-back to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian condition as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. (Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 15 Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Road Studs/Cat Eye)Supply and fixing of relective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylontrite) of HIPS (Hi impact Polystyrene) of acrylonitrile butadiens styrenc (ABS). The marher shall supported a load of 1355 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Retro reflecting surface shall preferably be 35 + 50 to base and ares of each retro- reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of identification of the manufacturer.
