Repair Maintenance and Servicing of Split/Window Air Conditioning Units of 1.5/2.0 TR capacities at different locations of Govt. Medical College, Jammu viz, Anesthesia 2TR-01NoS, 1.5TR-03Nos, Central library 2TR-23Nos, Principal Office 2TR-05Nos, BSL-3 Lab. The job includes servicing of 32 No’s Split/Window Air Conditioners by way of complete servicing of indoor and outdoor units by servicing with proper chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from cooling coils and also washing of air filters. Total Window AC’S-03 Nos. Total Split AC’S -29 Nos. The job also includes refilling of specified refrigerant in 06 No’s Air Conditioners. The job also includes Detection of leakages using Nitrogen and Soap Bubble test in piping circuit and brazing of the leaked spots in the Piping circuit. The job also includes providing and fitting of PCB’s-03Nos, Capacitors-04Nos, SPN-04Nos, Copper wire 4mm2-50mtr (approx.), drain line repair/replacement, repair of old and damaged Voltage Stabilizers of 5KVA-02Nos, The job further includes replacement of Compressors 1.5 TR-01 Nos, 2 TR-02 Nos, fitting of Copper Pipes with insulation-20ft.Complete Job includes cost of material, labour charges, carriage and all taxes etc.
