Single shutter Door with marine plywoodSupply,fabricate and installation of 25mm thick blockboard door with lead lining and over covering with 9mm thick marine plywood laminated with 0.8mm thick laminate/mica on both sides of door shutters with approved colour/shade.Overall thickness of door should be 38-39mm.Each door should be fitted with SS fittings(5 bearing hinges,handle,lock,6-inch Odambal and 8-inch steel tower bolts-2nos).The work to be completed with door frame made with 16mm marine plywood covered with 2mm lead-lining and over which 9mm thick marine plywood laminated with 0.8mm thick laminate.The door frame should be holded to the wall using steel anchor bolts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 10mm thick lead glass on existing bick wall including necessary framing work with 2mm lead lining,finishing the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
