The complaints shall be rectified within 24hrs if the complaints is/are not attended or not completed within 24hrs (except repairs / replacement of major items) recovery will be done at Rs. 500/- per complaint per day.5. For Major parts like replacement of MCB DB\"s / MCCB DB\"s should be rectified within three working days, if the contractor not rectify recovery will be done at Rs. 1000/- per complaint per day.6. After completion of Job card , the contractor has to produce Job Card duly signed by user & JE.7. If contractor fail to provide their electricain to attend the complaints then recovery will be done at Rs.1000 per day. |
