Interconnection of 2 nos. OHRs with existing 1422 mm rising main pipe for Gabberia PWSS under Bishnupur -I District.- South-24 Pgns. under South-24 Pgns W/S Divn-I, P.H.E Dte. (SM/14871)- 1 Supplying & fabricating ofdifferent diameter M.S. Pipes as per specification (IS 3589:2001) and direction of E.I.C. 2 ii) 355.6 mm dia (OD) M.S. Pipe of 10 mm thick 3 iii) 219.1 mm dia (OD) M.S. Pipe of 6.3 mm thick 4 Supply and delivery of MS Machine End to be delivered at site inclusive of all duties, taxes, charges and cost of transportation, loading & unloading and stacking all complete and lifting at destination point all complete as per the direction of EIC. 5 ii) 200 mm dia (16 mm thick in DI end 10mm in M.S.) 6 Cutting to requisite length or shape departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles, tees, plates etc. (Payment to be made on area of cut surface) 7 Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric:(a) Continuous weld. 8 Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. 9 In ground floor including roof. 10 (a) upto 150 mm. thick 11 Hire charges of moveable crane (capacity 10MT) including operator, helper, fuel, lubricants etc. for loading/ unloading/ placing of various materials / accessories of water supply works as per direction of E.I.C.(For 8 Hrs of working per day) 12 Sand blasting to Mild Steel surface with coarse sand fillowed by immediate application of two coats of ZincRich Epoxy Primer of approved make and brand and subsequent painting two coats with Coal Tar Epoxy of approved make and brand including cost of materials, labours, machinery, fuel and power including carriage of the steel materials at site complete. [Brand of primer and paint shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge] 13 Supply and delivery of CIDF sluice valve (Special type) PW-1.00 of different dia make with CI double flanged non rusting spindle sluice valves conforming to IS 14846 -2000 with latest emended having body dome/bonnet and cover of C.I.Gr-F.G 210mtr. spindle of IS-6603 G.R- 12/Gr-13 non-magnetic, nuts seat rings are of Gunonetal as per IS:318 LTB-2 flanges and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV & VI valves are suitable for max. working pressure of 10kg/cm2(seat test) and body tested to 15kg/cm2.N.B: The above item should be procured from the reputed manufactures as per deptt. approved vender list 14 a) Size - 200 mm dia. 15 Hire and labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, Framing, Eucalyptus/Jhou Bulla piling, Strutting etc.) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge For foundation excavation.(vertical surface area in contact with supported earth is to be measured.) (This item should be executed on specific direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.) 16 a) Depthup to 1.5m below G.L. 17 Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 3:1.5:1) with graded stone chips (20mm down) excluding shuttering and reinforcement. If any, in ground floor, as per IS 456-2000. 18 a) Pakur Variety 19 (Lead average 17 km from Baruipur railway yard to work site) 20 Filling in foundation or plinth by Silver Sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. 21 Add GST @ 18% on all item except item no. 1,2 & 6 22 Add CESS @ 1% on all items except item no. 1,2 & 6 and on GST
