Providing and fitting of 1 No. main shaft, 1 No. counter shaft, 1 No. 1st speed gear, 1 No. 4th speed gear, sleeve set 1 set synchronizing ring set, 1 No. main shaft bearing, 1 No. counter shaft bearing, 1 No. gear box bearings, 1 No. roller bearing, assembling of all the gears by hydraulic pressure fitting. Providing and fitting of 1 set gear box oil seal, 1 set gear box joint set, 1 No. RTV silicon tube and filling of 06 ltrs. gear oil in the gear box, assembling, refitting checking and testing the gear box unit and back fitting with the vehicle and also providing and fitting of 02 Nos. shifting cables.Complete job including cost of material and labour charges. |
| 4 | Repair to departmental water tanker by way of checking of all the four wheels after dismantling of wheels. Segregation of components, washing properly all the component in K-Oil. Providing and fitting of front wheel bearing outer 01 no., front wheel inner – 1 No., rear wheel bearing outer 01 no., rear wheel bearing inner - 01 No. All oil seals, wheel cylinder – 02 Nos., brake oil- ½ ltr., P&F of 01kg grease, greasing of all the wheels, making adjustment of brakes and bleeding thereof. Job includes opening of propeller shaft. Providing and fitting of Universal Joint cross - 03 nos., centre bearing -1 No., yoke and teeth set – 1 set, shaft bolts with nuts and washers including welding and machining work. Assembling and refitting. Repair to rear leaf spring assemblies by dismantling of rear leaf spring assemblies one by one. P/f of 02 nos. centre bolts, 1 No. rear left side leaf spring – 5th , 1 No. rear right side leaf spring 4th. P/f of 02 Nos. U-clamps with bolts, 02 Nos. U-bolts with nuts, Kamini bushes – 04 Nos. Assembling of leaf springs. Providing and fitting of 1 No. Horn. Job includes repair to chassis of the vehicle by way of lifting of water tank with jack, dismantling of damage channel from chassis of the vehicle, providing, welding of new channel on the chassis of the vehicle. | 6 | Denting and Patching:- Removal of water tanker from the vehicle with the help of crane after cutting worn out nut bolt and patching at cracked portion of the chassis, repair of water tank, inner and outer side by patching, checking setting the alignment of the chassis. Providing of 2 nos cross member of the chassis for replacement of worn out/damaged cross member. Removing of dents from front portion of hood and bumper along with gas welding works. Repairs to rear mud guards assembling of water tank on the chassis by providing and fitting of U clamps, nut bolts and rubber pads. Complete jobs including labour and material. |
