Tender For Cemetery Development Work Panna Kheda - Stone walling in foundation and plinth in cement-gravel mortar, including closing of side cracks and watering etc. 1:8 29 c2 Stone pillars in superstructure, square or rectangular, upto 90 cm length, with additional joinable capacity.3 Cement concrete 1:2:4 mixture of 1 cement 2 gravel 4 stones in 50 mm thickness, mixed with 12 m of ballast, pouring, ramming, pressing and watering etc.4 Cement plaster on wall in 1:6 ratio of cement-gravel, including scraping of joints and regular watering for 14 days. 20 mm5 Whitewashing work in 3 layers to give even shade on new/old work. 6 Iron work in grills/gates etc. including cutting, mounting and fixing of flat cones, T and channel etc.7 Transportation of soil for various distances including loading, unloading and stacking of material. (Length of transportation will be calculated from nearest route and not by road)8 Laying and grinding of polished Kota stone flooring, scuttling (minimum 3 times) over 1:4 cement gravel mixture of 20mm thickness and filling the joints with cement slurry and joining them etc.9 Laying of cement concrete for road foundation and operating needle and surface vibrating machine and mixing broken ballast with 40mm crusher and preparing it in desired grade, camber and super elevation. 10 Mixing and pouring of controlled concrete on top surface of cement concrete road and using needle and surface vibrator to prepare it to desired grade, camber and super elevation to obtain a non-slip surface.
