| 3 | Chipping & removing damaged concrete layer, de-bonded concrete, cracked portion, loose concrete etc., to a depth of about 15mm behind the existing corroded/ damaged reinforcing bars in RCC structural members using chisel & hammer / concrete breaker machine in low vibration mode, cutting the perimeter of the damaged area to a minimum depth of 10mm using appropriate cutter, removing alldamaged/ loose particles, loose plasters, surface preparation of concrete using wire brush/ scrapper and finally using water washing to completely remove dust, debris, unwanted particles etc. complete including disposal of debris at designated locations inside FACT UC premises. |
