Upgradation/ modification of the existing Pipeline Application Software (PAS) system (ESI) at (MMCS Kochi) to include the facilities of (BPCL Palakkad to Salem extension of KSPPL & IOCL-Puthuvypeen to BPCL KR (KRDT) section) and its parameters including linking with GIS data of (Palakkad to Salem extension of KSPPL & IOCL-Puthuvypeen to BPCL KR (KRDT) section), leak sensitivity study, fine tuning, & commissioning of Application software of (MMCS Kochi) with necessary software, pipeline application software for leak detection, batch tracking etc. Job should be completed including hardware/ softwareas per tender specifications & configuration and acceptance of system by owner. Scope includes development of MMI screens, providing real time trends, profiles, generation of alarms and events, submission of LSS study, FDS, FAT & SAT documents, fine tuning and testing of the system, site acceptance testing, handing over the same to the Owner, submisison of as built documentation This includes all labour, consumables, tools, services rendered etc.

Providing assistance to SCADA Vendor for providing all necessary alarms/ data for display in SCADA as per detailed scope of work. Work includes data communication to and from SCADA server and providing assitance from PAS side for complete LDS modification, testing and commissioning as per tender scope of work.
