| 2 | Providing CCTV survey by Pan Tilt Camera with zooming and rotating 360 degree of pipe line after desilting and proper cleaning of existing sewer line for inspection and condition of pipe line and submit the soft / hard copy of the result showing the location and date of survey. The CCTV survey shall be accorded as per GIS attributes and will be verified by GIS team before and after execution of work complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -In -Charge |
| 3 | Desilting of existing sewer lines with mechanical device i.e. super sucker machine of 270 HP to 400 HP engine driven and installing the plugging in manholes for temporary diversionand taking out rubbish debris, silt etc.All internal debris be removed from the existing sewer line and cleaned with high velocity jet cleaners of 200 PSI pressure according to NASSCO recommended specifications and disposal of the malba/ debris at site as directed by the Engineering -In - Charge. Traffic control arrangements and proper lighting at night, barricading, display of sign boards, Removal of all hindrances/ obstructions unforeseen items all to the satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge of the work. 600mm - 650mm dia pipe line |

| 6 | Providing and installing of Cured -in - Placed - Pipe liner (CIPP Liner) existing sewer pipe line and the design vetted from IIT Delhi / NIT Kurukshetra / WRC London based on the report of CCTV regarding the deteriorated condition of existing sewer line. The temporary diversion should be provided through the required submersible pumps and Gen set etc. with including the laying rising main from upstream side of working length for smooth flow/bye pass of sewerage system to avoid the flooding in adjoining area. The CIPP liner should be made with Felt (Tube) of required size and Resin and other specified chemical and material including the machinery and equipments such as Leaflet Hose, Conveyor System, Diesel Operated Water Boiler with injection and suction pumps, Inversion Tower, Hydra, JCB, Support Vehicle, Gen Set of 62 KVA, Air Compressor, Vacuum Machine, Pneumatic Mechanical Mixer with ice buckets, Water Tanker, THF and PU Sheet, Submersible pump, and other safety equipments required at site and skilled / fully trained labour / staff as required for the process of CIPP lining.
