Repair to path holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by and well ramming and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen grade VG10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10Sqm,putting in premixed bituminoud macadam (using 3% binder of paving bitumin grade VG 30 well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm , blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chippings) deppth of path holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- This item shall be applicable in existing roads where SDAC is not to be provided.)

Preparing black top surface surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or air compressor blower to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10sqm onprepared surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L forproviding and laying 30mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder by weight of total mix Rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 5.5%, noprice adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the institutions specified in CA prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the AGE(I) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replaceemnt cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
