| 5 | Material and labour for applying 2.5mm thick retro reflective thermoplastic road marking painting of specified shade/ colour etc., either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surface/ new bituminous surface with solvent based thermoplastic road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) Brand: Road King or equivalent brand approved by MORTH, IRTC and AAI including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 Kg per Sqm and glass beads at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm (Reflective Index 1.5), applied using semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater, glass bead dispenser and propane tank heater, driven by experienced operator on road including all materials, labour, T&P and including cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Thermoplastic Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MOST specifications and speciality. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing in repairs, reflective cats eye with ABS material, body of size 90 mm x 110 mm x 17mm , with honeycomb patterned base,twin moulded shanks and two way retroreflective lenses, fixed with suitable adhesives on roads, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | S & F Solar Cat Eye having 3 LEDs of Red/Yellow colours to a side ( Total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 130 x 120mm of height 20mm built in stem- nail 30mm x 50mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, Solar Cells, battery & light sensor will protect inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top. System workable for 2-3 days(nights) after full charge in 8-10 hrs. complete all as specified and directed. |
