Final clearance & approval of Forest Land comingunder submergence and dam allied works from Central Government by1. preparing proposal for forest land acquisition withessential survey, forest boundary fixing, mapping/ arranging from T.I.L.R & forest officials, site visit, getting all certificates from revenue, local bodies & forest authorities, all required correspondence & papers for transfer of alternative Government land to forest department against forest land2. Tracing and taking out prints and preparing required maps along with forest land acquisition proposal with requisite booklets duly bounds in required copies and printing with all materials & Submitting it to forest and water resources department, with follow up and remark compliance at various stages3. Do all needful paperwork up to final clearance offorest land from competent authority of forest department and handing over of forest land to Water Resources Department with all allied works & instructions given by Executive Engineer and Forest officials etc. complete.
