Providing prelimianry consultancy for Comprehensive Architectural planning for RCC framed strructure of transuit facility (Plinth Area = 4000 Sqm approx) for OTF and 2000 Sqm for NGOs, collectiong the requirement of User, compiling the scope of work, Architectural planning for all building service, External & Internal electrical installation water supply sanitary installation drainage, furnishing architectural drawing and preparation of Approximate Estimate, Collection of market rate quotations, caluclation of the plinth & floor areas requirement of terms facility required by user prepartion of schematic diagram as per requirement for internal & external service including Air conditioning system and Ventilation system Plumbing including sewage disposal , Fire fighting system , LAN Telephone Network & complete security systems including CCTV survelliance system , Access control system covering complete scope of work as per direction of Engineer -In -Charge.The consulatant shall be required to submit the all the details as mentioned in Tender Enquiry Para No. 2.
