Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes.Sub Head : Running Maintenance and Operation of Sub-Station Equipments, DG Sets, IEI , Split AC, Window type AC -Sub-Station , DG Set & IEI Operation and routine maintenance of sub-station equipment having transformers 400 KVA - 1 no. (11 KV/415 V Indoor type) i/c HT panel, L.T. panels, capacitor panels & Floor panels etc. and 1 No. of 125 KVA & 1 No. of 100 KVA D.G. setsi/c other allied panels and Running Maintenance & Operation ofInternal Electrical Installations (IEI) and ExternalLighting including high mast lighting & submerbile pump and operation by deploying following staff as per inventory andadditional Terms and conditions attached etc.complete as reqd.a)Electrician cumOperator-3 Nos.(1 No. in each shift total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM & 10PM to 6AM )b) Khallasi - 2 Nos. ( 1 No. in each shift total two shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM ).(Note:All Tools and Plants (T&P) including tower wagon suitable to maintained fittings mounted up to height 12 Mtrs. shall be made available at the site throughout the contract period by agency.) Pump set in the existing bore well up to the required depth along-with existing G.I pipes and accessories etc. i/c dismantling of G.I pipe and disconnection the sub. 23 Lifting out of sub. Pump set from the exiting bore well up to the required depth along-with existing G.I pipes and accessories etc. i/c dismantling of G.I pipe and disconnecting the sub. Cable etc. Complete as reqd. 24 Repairing & rewinding of following capacity 3 phase Mono block pump sets including cartage, dismantling, reassembling, supplying & replacement/ repairing of damaged parts of pump sets and making good for operation including connection testing, painting etc complete as required.a)Sub.bore pump set 5HP/7.5HP 25 Comprehensive AMC of following fountain installed at DSC as per inventory attached in Annexure B.a) Dandelion Fountain 26 b) Turn dome fountain 27 Split AC, Window type AC & Water CoolerRoutine preventive maintenance Split/Window type AC units and Water Cooler day by 1 No Operator and 1 No Khallasi attending & removal day to complaints cleaning of filter and grills of Split AC and cleaning of Water Cooler tank etc. as required.
