Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm deep but n.exc 100 mm deep in area n.exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with cationic bitumen primer @ 4.0Kg/10sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade complete all as specified & directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer @ 3.0Kg/10sqm complete all as specified & directed.

40mm consolidated thickness Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete using paving bitumen (VG-10) with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory and mechanical power roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified & directed.Note: As a result of job mix formula, if the quantity of binder content works out to be more than 6.0% then no extra payment will be made to contractor and in case quantity works out be less than 6% then minimum binder content of 6% given herein above shall be provided.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with cationic bitumen primer@ 3.0 Kg/10sqm & putting bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete using paving bitumen (VG-10) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory and mechanical power roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 6,000.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
