Providing and laying 40mm bituminous macadem with 100-120 TPH Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hours using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.70 to achieve the desired compaction(MORT&H) SPECIFICATIONN0 504

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsionpressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MORT&H specification.(clause 503.)

Providing and laying 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output 0f 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder,@5.0% weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlled to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respect & as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section-508.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade withapproved colour, design & pattern., made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(DSR23 S.N.16.91.2) 1091.5*0.735*106/107

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specifiedshade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint pplicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads ispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe eater, driven by experienced operator on road urface including cost of material, labour, T&P, leaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, rease and foreign material etc. complete as per irection of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
