Refurbishment of ACCEL make \"B\" Type Centrifugal Exhaust Fan No. 1 of HL Cell Ventilation System of WIP. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of the existing deteriorated shaft, impeller, bearings, bearing housing, and flexible duct connections with new components and restoration of the fan within minimum possible time.During execution of the work, the half portion of the fan casing will be opened along with removal of suction and discharge flexible duct connections, discharge damper and duct piece. This will require the fabrication of a suitable lifting arrangement, involving the fixing of a suitable plate and channel support to the existing anchor points (EPs) on the ceiling of the exhaust room.

Procurement, supply and installation of an ACCEL make MS IS2062 construction, dynamically balanced impeller for the \"B\" Type centrifugal fan (Size 660, SWSI design) along with suction & discharge flexible duct connections, ‘V’ belts, gaskets, fasteners, and other required materials as per site conditions and technical specification.Taking delivery of Free Issue Materials (FIM) from the departmental store and collection of the shaft from TWMP office and arrange to-and-fro transportation to send the shaft to M/s ACCEL, Barejadi, Ahmedabad for dynamic balancing along with the newly procured impeller
