•Preparation of Detailed Contour Plan / Master Plan and Site Plan through Electronic Total Station Survey after incorporating the changes if any desired by the Project Authority and submission of drawings in AutoCAD format in hard-copy and CD thereof.•Site evaluation, analysis and impact of existing and/ or proposed development on its immediate environment.•Geo-technical Investigation by way of Plate Load Test for determining the net Safe bearing capacity of Soil and submission of report thereof.•Preparation of Detailed Architectural and Structural drawings along with all supporting sections and Steel bar schedules, front elevations, 3D view etc and any other relevant working drawings required during execution as per already approved conceptual architectural drawings•Vetting/ Proof checking of Structural drawings by any IIT or any NIT or Department of Design, Inspection and Quality Control Jammu/ Srinagar and submission of report thereof.•Preparation of detailed estimates for all Components like Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, water supply, HVAC, Fire Fighting, sanitary, drainage, sewerage, development of site, external allied works, complete Office Furnitures and office Appliance (Computers , Laptops, Printers,Photostate machine) etc. for accord of technical sanction from competent authority.•Preparation of Tender documents on BOQ basis.•Taking Client’s instructions and preparation of design brief.•supervision of Construction works as and when required.•Any other individual / specific requirements of the project
