At Km. 17.000 Babarpur Drain - Earthworkin foundation in dry ordinary soilincluding lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m including backfilling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the structure and sides of foundation trenches with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in chargeupto distance of 30m from thefoundation trenches for other structure. 2 Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10grade in foundations including cost of finishing and excluding reinforcement in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20-40 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curingcomplete, including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 3 Providing concrete for plain concrete M 15grade in foundations including cost of curing etc and excluding reinforcement in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 16-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curingcomplete including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 4 Providing concrete for Reinforced cement concrete M20grade use in ret wall , approach slabincluding cost of finishing etc and excluding reinforcement in 1:1.5: 3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 13-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 5 ProvidingReinforced cement concreteM25 grade use in rcc slab , raft foundation , box structure etcincluding cost of finishing and excluding reinforcement in 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 13-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete including overhead charges & Contractors profitwith supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 6 Providing plain or reinforced concrete in M 25 gradeuse in wearing coat or floor using 16 & 10 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete as per drawings and technical specifications ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. 7 Centering shuttering in special type of RCC work such as curves,T-beams,Bridges and syphons etcincluding line and levelling etc to required level with properly fixing and sealing the end with all cost of labour material etc 8 Centering and shuttering in concrete work foundation including line and levelling etc to required level with properly fixing and sealing the end with all cost of labour material etc 9 Supplying,cutting binding and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications , for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. 10 Earth work in embankment by power transported earth or in leadupto 200m. including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing and all lifts complete excluding royalty will be applicable from time to time on Govt. orders. 11 Earth work inin ordinary soil for bundha removal including lift up to 1.5 M and lead up to 30M including ramming and dressing by manual labour. The earth from clearance to be used in side embankment or to be disposed off at spoil banks or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Finishing walls with putty and(Two coats) with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc.
