Cleaning work of all sewer lines, manholes, gully trap, Chamber of all the buildings of the University Campus like Hostels, Departments, Residences, Administrative buildings, parks, roads and other buildings. Disposing of the trash/Debris/Sewage/Sludge by cycle riksha at the designated place specified by the Engineer-in-charge.including supply of all materials, gloves, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Number of Sewer Manholes are approx. 900)

CONDITIONS :-

1. The requirment of the above work will be as per the letter recieved from the Hostels, Departments, Residences, Administrative buildings and verbal instructions of the Engineer - in- charge. Contractor has to submit the completion report for the same. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to facilitate the maintenance and cleaning work of the sewer line, manholes & Inspection chambers of the entire University campus.

2. Contractor should deploy two (2) sweepers (workers) in engineering section and maintain proper attendance for the above work. Contractor bill may be deducted accordingly on absence of workers (sweepers) and/or dissatisfactory of the work.

3. Contractor should arrange extra sweepers (workers), if there is any extra requirement but payment for the same will not be made.

1. The requirment of the above work will be as per the letter recieved from the Hostels, Departments, Residences, Administrative buildings and verbal instructions of the Engineer - in- charge. Contractor has to submit the completion report for the same from the residences and departemts which are near/concerned of drains. It is the responsibility ofthe Contractor to facilitated the maintenance & cleaning work of the storm water drains of the entire University campus.Cleaning frequency of storm water drain will be four times in a month.
