| 1 | Opening/disconnecting the electrical connection of defetive/burnt our underground LT UG cable of any size & any core from main switch/DB/Junction box/LT Panel/LT O/H line etc.Taking out the length of cable to be required from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable, providing to be required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in pervious location with existing main switch/DB/Junction box/LT Panel/OH lines etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of excavation & earth work, returning filling, in relaying of sand/ brick and cost of drawing to be required length from protection pipe, breaking of brick work/concrete/plaster to be required and redoing to be required for work to match the existing surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii) Additional cable/protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.(iii) During currency period of contract shall depute the suffcient manpower for attending daily complaints. (iv)Minor consumable material required to complete the job as (like tape, nuts bolts, electrical gloves, M seal etc) are including in the quoted rates. (v) Complaint will be done within 48 hrs of receiving complaints while in mobile tele communications or any written/verbal/any comunication medium. (vi) Any delay by the contractor to resolve the complaint above the said period, penality of Rs 100 day will be fined. |
