1Servicing, oiling, greasing and checkingthe nut & bolt, cotter pin, insulator, screw wiring, connection etc of installed ceiling fans/ Wall Fan and replace the faulty items if required as mentioned above tightening the blades including cleaning complete etc. as required.
2Replacement of following parts of 1200/1400 MM ceiling fan i/c rebate of old parts i/c testing as required:a) Ball Bearing 6201
3b) Ball bearing 6202
4Supplying and fixing of 2.5 MFD Capacitor on existing fan including connections etc. required.
5Dismantling, rewinding & reinstallation of 1200/ 1400 mm ceiling fan with suitable size copper wire including varnishing, baking, nomex paper/ gasket set, lubricant oil, greasing, wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. along with cartage from site to workshop & back incl. credit of old burnt out dismantled copper wire etc. as required at site.
6Dismantling, rewinding & reinstallation of 300 mm exhaust fan with suitable size copper wire including varnishing, baking, nomex paper/ gasket set, lubricant oil, greasing, wiring from point to fan (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. along with cartage from site to workshop & back incl. credit of old burnt out dismantled copper wire etc. as required at site.
