Tender For Redevelopment and promotion of Shri Malojiraje Bhosale Garhi and Hazrat Chandshahwali Baba Dargah at Mauje Indapur Taluka Indapur. Ta. Indapur, District Pune. Regarding getting the rates approved for external items as per the state list. (online)-MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR FOR SITE ENTRY- Providing and fixing of a three-dimensional artwork for the main entrance door at the site entry. The dimensions of the door will be 3.0 meters (width) x 4.5 meters (height) x 0.125 meters (thickness).The door will feature a two-leaf open able door. The frame for it will be constructed using MS rectangular hollow box section (RHS) measuring 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick. The main door shutter framework will be built using MS square hollow box section (SHS) of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, including a cross member with heavy-duty pivot hinges welded to the main shutter frame. All hardware components will be made of wrought iron, selected according to the approved sizes specified by the design architect. The hinges used will be of the old style, measuring 12 inches or appropriate sizes, with two for each door as indicated in the drawings. The door shutters will be clad with Burma teakwood planks measuring 200 mm wide x 25 mm thick, arranged vertically from top to bottom and placed side by side on both sides of the shutter door. Additionally, a 25 mm thick teakwood plank will be added to all remaining edges of both shutters. Following civil construction details. With Right side shutter door in small size = 2.0 m x 1.35 m inside open able door in side MS Metal fabrication shutter frame work will be built using MS square hollow box section (SHS) of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, including a cross member with heavy-duty pivot hinges 6 inches 2 no’s welded to the main shutter frame. Decorative iron door knobs and 50 mm x 5 mm (Thick) MS METAL (Patti) as per the design will be installed on the door frame elevation as well as the central top portion of the door shutters. Smaller size 35 MM X 35 MM X 6 MM knobs and spikes will be affixed to a horizontal MS steel plate, fixed on the front side of both door shutters. The fabrication of the main shutter frame will involve cutting RHS profiles and creating right-angle joint to be fabricated with 45° angle cutting and welding all members ensuring that no inner surfaces of the box members are exposed. This will be completed according to detailed drawings, with wrought iron holdfasts, brass fixtures and fastenings, and handles on both sides. The finishing will include two coats of primer and melamine polish on all necessary fittings fixed at the specified location, including all wooden surfaces. The door will be supported and opened on wrought iron hinge with a rustic finish, designed for long-term stability. The scope of work includes all materials, labor, transportation, scaffolding, erection, and all necessary tools, considering all leads and lifts. This will be completed in accordance with the main door design concept, which involves producing art drawings, cutting wood, carving per the design, grinding, finishing, polishing, and sample making until the architects approval is obtained, as directed by the architect or engineer in charge. 2 NAGARKHANA - Providing and installing a three-dimensional artwork of a NAGARKHANA with the following dimensions: 4.5m (L) x 2.5m (W) x 3.5m (H).A) Creating Life-Size Statues of: 1. NAGARA VADAK – Size: 6’ (H) 2. NAGARA – Dimensions: 3’ x 3’ x 2.5’,3. MAVLA STATUE HOLDING A BHALA – Size: 6’ (H) + 8’ (H) BHALA = 2 NOS, The NAGARKHANA will feature the Nagaravadak and two Maratha warriors. The production process includes creating clay artwork, making molds, casting with fire-resistant Gael coat FRP resins, grinding and finishing the fire-resistant Gael coat FRP resin casting, spray painting on FRP with deco primer, adding artistic effects, and detailed painting according to the design. The final assembly will involve fixing these elements onto a metal structure made of MS (Mild Steel).B) Fabrication:The entire item of NAGARKHANA to be done in fabrication. The entire fabrication of the NAGARKHANA will resemble wooden finish, including metal rafters and wooden ceiling strips, along with decorative Wada-type arches with wooden effect crafted from FRP fire-resistant Gael coat material as per the specifications. NAGARKHANA to be done on the slab area of main entrance of the Gadhi. The dimensions for the main entrance slab area of the Gadhi are 4.5m x 3.5m.The entire item to be done in (RSH) MS fabrication of the following sizes:- 100mm x 100mm x 5mm- 100mm x 50mm x 5mm- 50mm x 50mm x 3mm, These will be treated with rust-proof paint as the base support and wrapped in designed arches and wooden railing.Wada-style arches will be constructed for the entire perimeter in fabrication with dimensions of 0.75m (L) x 2.3m (H) and painted in a dark brown wooden texture. A wooden jali work will be created for the entire length with a height of 0.3m and a thickness of 50mm in a chequered pattern, as per the design provided by the architect. Sample to be approved by an architect.Metal rafters will be installed on the internal ceiling, spaced 0.9m apart, sized at 2 x 4 (3 nos.), and finished in a wooden texture as per the architect’s choice. The entire ceiling, excluding the rafters, will be finished with a wooden batten ceiling made of seasoned teak wood, secured with matching color screws as required. For the roof area, a parapet wooden jali with a height of 0.3m will be provided around the entire perimeter, following the architects design. All work, excluding civil work, will be completed according to the directions of the architect or engineer in charge. 3 TOFA : Providing and fixing of a three-dimensional art piece of a TOFA in FRP MATERIAL fire resistance Gael coat resine , with dimensions of 3.0m (L) x 5.0m (W) x 1.5m (H). The artwork will depict a handmade TOFA statue, constructed according to the specified measurements. The skeleton for the artwork will be made using mild steel (MS) square pipes measuring 50mm x 50mm x 3mm. The interior will be constructed with bending and fixing in accordance with the design concept. Additionally, real mild steel (MS) plates measuring 6mm (thickness) x 100mm (width) will be used in the TOFA’s wheels. As per the design concept, the following processes will be implemented: 1. Creation of TOFA clay artwork. 2. Mold making.3. Production using fire-resistant FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) resins.4. Grinding and finishing of the fire-resistant FRP casting. 5. Application of spray paint on the FRP deco primmer for an artistic effect, followed by artistic painting as per the design. The entire assembly will be securely fixed to the concrete using expansion bolts and drilling techniques, including all associated costs for materials and labour. The fabrication will reflect either a wooden or bronze metal effect on the FRP material, in accordance with specifications. Civil work is not included in this project and will be completed as directed by the Architect or Engineer in charge. 4 TULSIVRANDAVAN :Providing and fixing of a three-dimensional artwork of a TULSIVRANDAVAN. The dimensions of the basalt stone artwork will be 1.0 m (L) x 1.0 m (W) x 1.2 m (H). The artwork will be created using BASALT stone, taking the form of a handmade sculpture with the following specifications: 1. Base Stone Block: - Four corner stone blocks: 350 mm x 350 mm x 250 mm (H) , - Four Middle side stone block: 300 mm x 300 mm x 250 mm (H) 2. Middle Stone Block: - Size: 500 mm x 500 mm (H) x 400 mm (W) , 3. Upper Side Stone Block: - Four corner stone blocks: 350 mm x 350 mm x 250 mm (H),- Four Middle side stone block: 300 mm x 300 mm x 250 mm (H) ,4. Tulsi Pot Stone Block: - Size: 600 mm x 600 mm (W) x 300 mm (H) , 5. Corner Triangular Stone Blocks: - Size: 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm (H) , The stone blocks will be firmly carved according to the ULSIVRANDAVAN design, featuring hand-carving and chiseling to ensure an artistic finish. Once the stone artwork is complete, all stone blocks will be fixed using Araldite chemical adhesive and 12 mm MS metal square rods, following the architect’s design specifications.Please note: Civil work is excluded from this scope. All tasks will be executed as directed by the architect or engineer in charge. 5 WELL RAHAT :Providing and fixing of a three-dimensional MS METAL artwork representing a WELL RAHAT, measuring 1.5 meters in width, 1.0 meter in height, and 1.0 meter in depth. The main structure will be fabricated from MS (Mild Steel) using round hollow sections (RHS) of dimensions 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm for the main framework, as detailed in the drawings. The cross members of the shutter frame will also utilize MS steel of the same dimensions, with top and bottom heavy-duty bearings welded to the main frame. The center section will consist of a round piece measuring 100 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm. All hardware will be made of wrought iron, sized appropriately as specified or approved by the design architect. The design will reflect an old-style WELL RAHAT. According to the drawings, teakwood planks measuring 200 mm x 25 mm thick will be placed around the circular design, attached to the top side of the main frame of the Rahat. The curvature of the members will match the elevation shown in the details, along with the decorative frame of the Rahat on both sides. A smaller center support structure made of MS steel pipe will be included to ensure strength. The installation will feature solid wrought iron bars and spikes fixed to the main WELL STONE WALL, which measures 100 mm (H) x 300 mm (W) x 12 mm thick, positioned horizontally on both sides. The fabrication of the main frame will involve cutting RHS profiles and assembling joints at a 45° angle, with welding employed to avoid exposing any inner surfaces. All components will be detailed with wrought iron holdfasts, fastenings, and handles on both sides, and the wooden surfaces will be finished with melamine polishing. The Rahat will be supported by wrought iron rustic-finished wheels designed for stability and durability. Additionally, a large rope of 20 meters will be incorporated, and a wrought iron bucket will be included. This item covers all materials, labor, transportation, scaffolding, erection, and necessary tools, accounting for all leads and lifts. As per the WELL RAHAT design concept, tasks will include creating art drawings, cutting wood, carving as per design specifications, grinding, finishing, polishing, and producing samples until the design architect gives approval. All work will be carried out as directed by the architect or the engineer in charge. 6 DIWANKHANA : Providing and fixing 3-dimensional artwork in the Diwankhana, created according to the specified drawings.A) LIFE-SIZE STATUE- Life Size: 3.5 feet (h) sitting position for 5 Maratha Sardar statues and 1 standing Mavla statue, totaling 6 statues.- Mavla statue holding a Bhala with dimensions: 6 feet (h) + 8 feet (h) Bhala.- Indian sitting mattress and bolsters:1. Indian Floor Mattress Type A: 4 units, size 1.5 m x 0.8 m each.2. Mattress Type B: 1 unit, size 3 m x 1 m.3. Bolsters with cover Type A: 8 units, size 0.6 m x 0.36 m each. 4. Bolsters Type B: 2 units, size 0.9 m x 0.48 m each.The 3-dimensional artwork will depict handmade statues according to the specified measurements. The skeleton for the artwork will be constructed using MS metal square pipes measuring 50 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm. Hay will be securely tied around this skeleton to form the shape of the statue as per the design. This will include creating Mavla clay artwork, making molds, and casting with fire-resistant FRP ISO resins. The process will involve grinding and finishing the fire-resistant FRP ISO Resin casting, spray painting with FRP decorative primer, and applying artistic painting as per the design. The assembly will be completed with artistic acrylic painting on the inside of the MS metal structure. After allowing it to dry for a day, a 2K clear coat will be applied to finalize the artwork.B) FABRICATION WITH WOODEN, STONE, AND METAL EFFECTS ON FRP MATERIAL ITEMS IN DIWANKHANA All items in the Diwankhana will be constructed according to the following specifications:1. 3 units of Chourang tables, each measuring 600 mm x 600 mm x 450 mm (h).2. 2 large vases, each measuring 450 mm x 900 mm. 3. 4 artistic paintings, each measuring 300 mm x 450 mm.4. 5 Gudgudi units, each measuring 150 mm x 600 mm (h).5. 15 decorative items, which include TAT (big size) plates, VATI, TAMBYA, PANPUDA, and ADKITTA.The entire assembly will be fixed onto a concrete platform using expansion bolts, with drilling included for installation. All costs of materials, labor, etc., will be covered as per the instructions of the Architect or Engineer in charge. 7 SWING : Providing and fixing of a three-dimensional art piece titled Swing. The specifications are as follows:A) LIFE SIZE STATUES OF: 1. Marathi Lady Statue - Size: 4.5 ft. (H) x 3 ft. (W) 2. Small Marathi Boy Statue - Size: 3 ft. (H) x 2 ft. (W),Both statues will be handcrafted to the specified dimensions. A skeleton for the artwork will be constructed using MS metal square pipes measuring 50 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm.The process includes:-The clay shall be firmly tied around the skeleton to form the shape of the statue, as per the design of the Marathi Lady or Small Marathi Boy statues. - Creating molds.- Casting using fire-resistant FRP ISO (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer) resins.- Grinding and finishing the fire resistant FRP casting. Applying a spray paint on FRP deco primmer with artistic effect and doing artistic painting as per the design. After the assembly is complete, it will be allowed to dry for a day, after which a 2K clear coat will be applied to finish the artwork. The entire assembly will be affixed to a concrete platform using expansion bolts that are drilled into the concrete.B) REAL TEAK WOOD SWING- Size: 2.45 m (L) x 1.27 m (W) x 3.5 m (H)The design includes a Wada-style swing crafted from Burma teak wood. The outer frame will consist of 2-inch thick planks, with interlocking cuts made to the specified dimensions. The inner structure will utilize 1-inch thick Burma teak wooden planks, also cut according to the design and drawings. The assembly process includes:- Fitting two planks together using 6 mm x 30 mm screws and applying marine-grade adhesive (Fevicol) .- Securing all Burma teak wood components together.- Creating a sturdy base by combining the 2-inch outer planks with the 1-inch inner planks using marine adhesive and screws. The swing base will be smoothed with sandpaper, followed by the application of French polish. After polishing, a 2K clear matte coat (PU clear coat) will be applied to the completed Burma teak wood swing. The swing will be suspended using antique brass chains, according to the design, and securely mounted to the ceiling beam with MS metal hanging attachments, nuts, and bolts. The life-size Marathi lady and boy statues will be attached to the swing base as per the given design. All work will be conducted as directed by the Architect or Engineer in charge, excluding any civil work. 8 KITCHEN :Providing and fixing 3-Dimensional artwork for a KITCHEN, consisting of five life-size statues:A)- 2 life-size statues of a sitting Marathi ladies, each measuring 3 feet in height, holding an ancient stone floor mill jate.- 1 life-size statue of a standing Marathi lady, measuring 5 feet in height, designed with buttermilk -making pot.- 1 statue of a Marathi Achari man with a chulha (traditional stove) and fire.- 1 statue of a Marathi Achari helper man, featuring a stone pata warvanta (grinding stone) making vatan (pest).The 3-dimensional artwork will be created using a handmade statue design based on specific measurements. A skeleton for the artwork will be constructed using MS metal square pipes measuring 50mm x 50mm x 3mm. Clay will be securely tied around this skeleton to form the statue shape according to the design, which will then be coated with clay. After the clay work is completed, final adjustments will ensure the artwork conforms to the desired design.Once the clay artwork is ready, the process will include making a POP mold, casting fire-resistant FRP ISO (fiber-reinforced polymer) resin, grinding, and finishing the fire-resistant FRP casting within the MS metal structure. The assembly will be completed with spray paint, deco primer, and artistic effects as per the design. The entire assembly will be fixed using expansion bolts, which will require drilling. This includes the costs of materials, labor, etc.B) KITCHEN DECORATION MATERIALS AND ITEMS: - 1 Big Stone Jate(stone floor mill)- 1 Wooden Mandani(shelf)- 6 Large Copper Bowls (Vatis)- 6 Large Copper Plates (Tats)- 6 Large Copper Tumbler (Tambyas)- 2 Large Copper Containers (Dabas)- 2 Large Copper Serving Trays (Tapiles)- 2 Large Copper Bowls (Bhagules)- 1 Butter-Making Kit- 1 Large Kadhai (wok) All items will be provided as per the design given by the architect, with samples to be approved by the architect. Work will be completed as directed by the architect or engineer in charge. 9 DINING (DINING AREA TO BE SET AS PER INDIAN SEATING STYLE) : Providing and Fixing DINING A) 3-Dimensional Art Work for Dining :- Size: 0.6 m (L) x 0.6 m (W) x 0.3 m (H) for Chourang. - Size: 0.6 m x 0.9 m x 0.1 m (H) for PAT. Both items will be created using real teak wood. CHOURANG: - Constructed from a Burma teak wood block measuring 3” x 3” x 10” (H). This block will undergo turning, carving, and finishing as per design specifications. - The outer frame will feature interlock cutting, with internal dimensions of 1.5” x 3” x 20” .- Burma teak wooden Planks will be cut as per design, with all four side Planks fitted together in 15 mm x 45 mm hole Kusu, andsecured inside burma teak wood using marine-grade Fevicol and screws. - The top side consists of Burma teak wood planks measuring 1” x 6” x 24”, also fixed together. - Inside, a planked sheet measuring 1” x 24” x 24” will be attached with 20 mm grooves, using marine-grade Fevicol and screws for stability. - After completing the Chourang woodwork, it will be rubbed with fine sandpaper and finished with French polish. A PU Clear Matt Coat (2K) will be applied as the final coat.PAT: - Constructed from a Burma teak wood block measuring 0.6 m x 0.9 m x 0.1 m (H). - The base will be a block measuring 2” x 1.5” x 20” (H) with carving and finishing according to the design. - The top side will consist of all Burma teak wood flanks measuring 1” x 6” x 36”, secured together. - A flanked sheet measuring 1” x 24” x 36” will also be installed using 10 mm grooves and secured with marine-grade Fevicol and screws. - After carving and finishing, the PAT woodwork will be sanded, followed by the application of a French polish and a PU Clear Matt Coat (2K). The architect requires a finished product with dark melamine polish.DINING AREA DECORATION MATERIAL ITEMS :As directed by the architect or engineer in charge: - 5 NOS SET: Silver-plated cutlery, including 5 plates, 10 bowls, 5 lotas, and 5 glass vessels, designed according to the Maharashtrian thali system. - 2 NOS: Miniature paintings on the wall measuring 24” x 18”, following the architects theme.- [plate_number_3]: Mashal (torch) artifact measuring 3’.- 5 NOS: Dining tablecloth designed as per specifications. 10 BEDROOM (SHAYANKAKSHYA) :Providing and fixing three-dimensional art piece for a bedroom, including specifically designed furnishings. 1. Canopy Bed:- Construct a Burma Teak wood canopy bed measuring 7 x 7 with a height of 2. The standard height of the canopy will be 5.- The bed frame will consist of a solid Burma Teak wood block measuring 4 x 4 x 84 (height), with precision cutting, carving, and finishing. - The main frame will be constructed using Real Burma Teak wood planks sized 2 x 3 x 72, designed according to specifications.- The outer frame will feature interlocking cuts as per the design, with wooden planks cut to size and fitted together using a 15 mm x 45 mm hole technique with Kusu and Araldite adhesive.- Nails and screws will secure all connections, and additional components made from Real Burma Teak wood (sizes 1 x 9 x 72) will be cut, carved, and finished to fit into grooves of 8 mm x 20 mm, using the same adhesive and fastening methods. - After final assembly, the woodwork will be polished with rubbing paper and treated with French polish. A PU clear matte coat (2K) will be applied to finish.2. Bedroom Area Decoration: - Metal Vases: Two metal vases, each measuring 18 (height) x 3 x 3 or 18 (height) x 4 x 4, in accordance with the theme. - Miniature Paintings: To be placed on the wall, each measuring 24 x 18, created according to the architects theme. - Khunti -Wooden Decorative Items: A variety of decorative items made from wood. - Mattress and Pillow Set: A complete set including mattress and pillows. - Satin Bed Cover: A satin bed cover accompanied by two pillow covers. - Old Style Trunks: Two trunks in different sizes (big and small) to enhance the decor. - Center Table: A centrally placed table to complement the overall design.The installation and all related work will be completed as directed by the architect or engineer in charge. 11 AV ROOM CHAIR - Supply & Installation 50 Chair of one Set FIX Back rest & auto tip up seat with virgin PU backrest with (for complete comfort for body) on 15 mm molded compressed ply ,KQ design strong built mechanism with 3mm angle fitted with Side footfor long life & easy movement ,common PP armrest in between two chairs, normal fabric with 3mm under layer foam for better comfort & long life. A Tip-up seat having spring tip-up movement and making it stay in upright position when not in use enabling clear row passage. 12 MALOJIRAJE BRONZE METAL STATUE 12 FEET (H) :Providing and fixing of a three-dimensional artwork, the Malojiraje Bronze Metal Statue, which will measure 12 feet in height. The statue will be crafted with a handmade design that includes several steps:1. **Preparation of Skeleton**: A skeleton for the artwork will be structure using MS Metal Square pipes measuring 100mm x 100mm x 6mm. 2. Creation of Shape: Clay will be tightly bound around this skeleton to form the shape of the Malojiraje statue.3. Art Work Development: The process includes: - Creating clay artwork. - Making a mold. - Producing FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) resins for casting. - Grinding and finishing the FRP casting. - Conducting metal casting in bronze. - Welding and breezing the bronze metal casting according to the design. - Constructing the internal MS metal structure. - Applying spray paint with a deco primer. - Adding artistic effects. - Artistic painting as per the design. - Final fixing of the statue in place.After the installation is complete, the artwork will be thoroughly cleaned. The joints where the molds are joined will be filled using a putty mixture made of Micro Talc and water. Sandpaper will be used to smooth these joints to ensure a seamless appearance, making them virtually invisible. Painting will commence on the finished fiber art. Once the FRP work is finalized, the bronze metal casting process will begin using either the press casting method or the lost wax process. The bronze casting will be 4 to 8 mm thick. Following the bronze metal casting, welding will take place as per the design specifications, followed by the grinding and finishing of the metal breezing.The final touches will include applying a PU (Polyurethane) paint finish to the bronze metal statue, incorporating oxidization effects. The painting process involves: - Applying a PU Primer and allowing it to dry.- Spraying Synthetic Metal Primer in Zinc Chrome Yellow.- Applying Aspa metallic paint.- Following this with a 2K Metallic Antique metallic Color Spray.- Allowing it to dry for a day before finishing with a 2K Clear Coat. After the bronze metal statue is finished and housed within the MS Metal structure (100 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm), solid MS metal rods (50 mm x 50 mm) will be welded vertically for additional support. The entire assembly will be affixed using expansion bolts, which will be secured through drilling. Various sizes of mirror glass will be created based on precise measurements.The mirror glass artwork will be prepared using authentic Modi glass mirror sheets. The creation process will involve basic shape sizing followed by detailed mirror glass cutting using skilled techniques.All shapes will be cut according to the design, and the mirror glass will be fixed using a combination of adhesive and white cement. The installation will be executed step by step, following the curved design of the dome based on the drawings and measurements provided.
