Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304)railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc.,including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,. i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Retro\"Reflectivesheeting type-lv with 4 mm thick ACIvI Single Side Providing & llxing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High tntensity prismatic sheeting type lV as per IRC-67:20\"12 retro reflective sheeting with back f.ame NIS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends ,letters , numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-80\"1.3.7 .The sheeting shall have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of the aggressive - tack type requiring no heat , solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACIVI (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be lixed on the Back frame MS Angle wilh riveting. [.4lcro prismatic type lV Retro reflective sheeting confiming to ASTM 04956-09 shall be Pressure fixed The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certillcate of having the sheeting tested Ior coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from lntemational/Government Laboratory/lnstitute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certlficate is obtained from international condition. il should also be obtained from lndian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM Specification (D 4956-09) on artillcial accelerated weathering requ;rements from a reputed laboratory in lndia can be accepted provisionally. ln such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a perFonnance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certilicale meeting the requirement of three years outdoor alhering of ihe sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Repoft shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and lncidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.PWD SOR C.H. 28 itom no 10
