| 1 | Comprehensive routine maintenance of Window / Split type ACs units of 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity units of different makes installedat various locations at NCC Bhawan, Asha Kiran, Pension office, Circle office, Sub Division office, Mukarba Chowk, Delhi,i/c repairing / replacement of remote, capacitor running type, all types of defective parts, gun metal taps, electronic parts ,float valve assembly excluding topping up of refrigerant in compressor, refrigeration pipe, PCB for indoor/outdoor complete as per terms and conditions, and timing as per direction of Engineer -in- charge & wherever reqd. (Note:- i) During the period of Summer Season & duration as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge ii) Maintaining of Complaints will be recorded by the agency in the AC Task/Complaint register) (150 Units X 8 Months = 1200 Units) |
| 2 | Comprehensive running maintenance of capacity of 100/150 litres different makes water cooler units installed at various locations at NCC Bhawan, Asha Kiran, Pension office, Circle office, Sub Division office, Mukarba Chowk, Delhi including repairing/ replacement of condenser motor, compressor & all type of defective parts such as Gun metal taps, float valve assembly, Supplying and charging of refrigerant gas in case of leakage including condenser coil & cooling coil etc complete as per terms & conditions attached. To depute following staff : a) Water Cooler Mechanic - 1 No. (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) b) Khallasi - 1 No. (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) 30 x 8 months = 240 Units for 8 months |
| 3 | Complete servicing of WTAC/STAC/unit of different capacity including dismantling the AC from its existing position at various locations/grill/window cutting, washing with High pressure water spray electric machine coil cleaning with D- Scaling Chemical, drying with air blower ,oiling, greasing, of blower fans cleaning of evaporative and condensing coil with suitable chemical like coil cleaner, as required in its existing position complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge & wherever reqd.a) Window type AC unit/Split type AC of 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR / 3.0 TR capacity |

| 7 | Repairing of PCB card of 1.5/2 TR capacity WTAC/split type AC unit having following capacity after dismantling the defective card from AC unit & refixing the same i/c connections of electrical wires/cables & thimbles connection, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required. |
