IISER Kolkata is following technical specifications of CPWD and Delhi Schedule of Rates. The agency is required to refer to ANNEXURE-IV (DSR\"2023 Vol.1 & 2 with 18% cost index) & ANNEXURE-V (some additional items developed for IISER Kolkata). The agency is required to follow the technical specifications of CPWD/our additional items in full for executing the works under annual repair and maintenance contract of civil works.The agency is expected to qote percentage (%) excess or less of the given value of items as a financial bid. The lowest offer to the Institute will be considered as L1.
